Ingredients

A chicken (about 1.2 kg)

6 dessert spoons of sesame oil

½ dessert spoon of sesame seeds
   

  Marinade

3 teaspoons of salt

½ dessert spoon of light soy sauce
 
-
3 dessert spoons of DOM Benedictine
  - 2 dessert spoons of ginger extract
  - 1 dessert spoon of cornflower
  - ½ dessert spoon of white flour
  - a pinch of powdered cinnamon
 

Cut up the chicken. Leave it to
marinate for 30 minutes.

 

Heat the sesame oil in a wok
(Chinese fondue dish). Add the
chicken bits one at a time.

  Simmer over a low heat. Sprinkle
the sesame seeds over the top and
serve.
