Marinade

3 teaspoons of salt |

½ dessert spoon of light soy sauce |

3 dessert spoons of DOM Benedictine |

2 dessert spoons of ginger extract |

1 dessert spoon of cornflower |

½ dessert spoon of white flour |

a pinch of powdered cinnamon |

Cut up the chicken. Leave it to
marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the sesame oil in a wok
(Chinese fondue dish). Add the
chicken bits one at a time.

Simmer over a low heat. Sprinkle
the sesame seeds over the top and
serve. |
