Serves 8

Cut a sponge cake into a disk 2 cm thick and soak it in Benedictine.
Melt 150g of dark chocolate into 1/2 l of previously whipped cream.
Pour the mixture over the sponge and sprinkle with chocolate powder.

Make a coulis of orange with 2dl of orange juice and 2dl of syrup, made by boiling 1l of water and 500g of sugar;

Add the orange juice and Benedictine to this syrup and pour over the chocolate sponge.
