2 to 2.5kg of chicken wings or drumsticks

250 ml of B&B

250g of brown sugar

125ml of soy sauce

65g of melted butter or margarine

65g of melted butter or margarine

2 dessert spoons of powdered mustard

½ dessert spoon of fresh ginger

a few grilled sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 135°. Roast the chicken wings in a frying pan.

In a mixing bowl, mix the other ingredients together and pour over the chicken wings, turning them over frequently so the sauce is evenly spread.

Then grill in the oven for 3 hours, turning the chicken ever hour until it is tender and golden.
Sprinkle the grilled sesame seeds before serving.
