Depending
on your taste, there are any number of ways to use DOM.
Drinking it straight will allow you to enjoy all its delicate
tastes and subtle aromas. For those who prefer a slightly
lighter taste, diluting two tablespoons of DOM in water
(hot or cold) is an excellent alternative. You can also
create your own drinks by mixing DOM with other ingredients:
soya milk, fresh milk, chicken oil*...
* a Chinese preparation common throughout
Asia to which water or any other liquid may be added.
